Position Summary

Housekeeping and Maintenance Personnel maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
  • Identify and address safety hazards.
  • Maintain facility systems and equipment.
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping or maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
