Position Title: Assisted Living Program Manager
Reports To: Licensed Assisted Living Director
Classification: Exempt / Non-Exempt (Facility Determined)
Position Summary
The Assisted Living Program Manager oversees the planning, development, and delivery of resident programs and activities that support the intellectual, social, spiritual, and physical well-being of residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement resident programs and activities.
- Supervise and support the Assisted Living Programming Team.
- Ensure programs align with resident needs, preferences, and care plans.
- Monitor program quality and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure programming complies with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain program documentation and activity schedules.
- Support continuous improvement of program services.
Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living, senior services, or program management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and evaluate person-centered programs.
